I mean, the order was mostly right. One item ended up being wrong, but everything else was fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

"Return took a little while, but the refund came through"
I returned the item and the refund did come through fine, it just took a few days longer than I was expecting. I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, but I kept checking my account because I had another bill coming up that week. Overall, it worked out okay, just not super fast.

I ordered a couple of books from counter-print.co.uk and, to be fair, the delivery was quick. The parcel arrived within a few days and everything was packed nicely, so no complaints there. The tracking could have been a bit better updated, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would order from them again

"Great selection, but filtering could be better"
I was happy with the range of books and prints available and found a bunch of things I liked fairly quickly. That said, I do wish there were more filter options to narrow things down, because browsing can get a little overwhelming after a while.

I ordered from Spain while I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t really have the energy to deal with any delivery hassle, so I was relieved when everything went smoothly. It arrived quicker than I expected and was packed really well. No issues at all, I’d definitely use them again

"Nice designs, but I’d wait for a sale"
I had a good experience browsing the site, it was easy to use and I did really like a lot of the designs. But once I got to checkout and added postage, the total felt a bit steep for what I was getting. The items are nice, just not quite good enough value for me at full price. I’d probably consider ordering again if there was a sale or discount.

I used the site the other day, or maybe it was last week but either way it was straightforward to get around. The categories made sense to me, and the product pages had enough pictures and details that I didn’t feel like I was guessing what I was looking at.
The only thing I noticed was that a few pages took a bit longer to load, though I can’t remember if that was before or after I was using the search bar. Search was okay, but it’s not great if you don’t know the exact product name. Checkout was easy in the end, so no major complaints.

I opened the package fully prepared for that make-or-break moment, the book looked really good. The print quality is super sharp, the colors came out just right, and the paper feels nice too. There was one tiny little mark on the cover, which had a brief dramatic entrance, but it really wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, I’m very happy with it

"Delivery was a little hit and miss"
I ordered from counter-print.co.uk and, to be fair, everything did arrive in good condition. The packaging was fine and nothing was damaged. It just took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking barely updated, so for a few days I was kind of left wondering what was happening. Not a terrible experience or anything... just a bit frustrating. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely allow extra time next time.

"Quick help with my order"
I had this small issue with my order, so I emailed them and didn’t think I’d hear back that fast. They replied the same day and got it all sorted without making a big thing out of it. The customer service felt really nice too, like an actual person was helping me rather than just sending that copy-and-paste stuff. I’d definitely use them again

I do like browsing counter-print.co.uk — they’ve got some really nice stuff and the site is easy to get around. But of course, a few of the things I actually wanted were out of stock, which was a bit frustrating?!
I ended up finding something else, so it wasn’t a total loss, but it’d be great if the popular items came back in stock a bit quicker. Still a good shop overall, just a little hit and miss sometimes.
